Advanced Health of Naperville is here to serve our patients and our community
One of the biggest compliments we receive at AHN is when a patient says they feel better by just walking in our doors. They say the energy they feel in our practice makes them lighter and happier before we even start their treatments. This is by design. We know that healing is not just physical and that a laugh and a smile go a long way.
When you have an adjustment from one of our doctors and an amazing massage or therapies from our skilled therapy team, you know you are in good hands and you are cared for. And, with Allison behind managing your scheduling & billing, you will feel confident that we are all here to help in any way we can.
backstory of how AHN got started
Dr. Cathy moved to Naperville, IL in 1999 and Advanced Health of Naperville was born. While the practice has had a few locations and a few name changes over the years, one thing that has stayed the same is AHN’s dedication to patient care and community involvement. The day that the practice opened, Dr. Cathy walked into the offices of the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce and signed up as a new member. This was just the start of AHN’s community involvement!
In 2010, Advanced Health won the Chamber’s small business of the year award in the professional category. This award was earned, in part, for AHN’s comeback story after a law change in insurance billing came close to destroying it in 2007. Being a small business owner isn’t a joke! The reward of helping patients with their health goals is amazing, but some years you have to hold your breath and hang on tight.
Over the last 2 decades, AHN has grown from 2 employees to 10 and has continuously added new services and team members that fit its mission of being the happy place to heal and a resource for our community.
When someone asks for a chiropractor on a local Facebook group, it makes us all smile to see that we are one of the top practices recommended. We appreciate your kind words about our doctors and staff more than you know.
In 2021, AHN launched the 12 Elements of Health with a monthly element to help you create small action steps and goals towards better health. In May, we did a build out which added 2 new treatment rooms and a beautiful redesign of the rest of our practice. We have added Graston, Acupuncture, Cupping, Traction and a few other services to expand how we can get you feeling better. Our owner Dr. Cathy and three doctors Dr. Patrick McAndrews, Dr. Christine Wilkerson, and Dr. George Tune have a combined 70+ years of chiropractic experience and hearts of service.
Thank you for your trust in our practice for the past 22 years! We look forward to celebrating 23 on the 23rd this August!
In 2019, Advanced Health of Naperville was excited to celebrate its 20th Anniversary. We threw a big party at the practice, which included a ribbon cutting with the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce. NCTV17 was there to capture the big day and also made a few patient testimonial videos for us. If you look in our hallway, you will still see the notes that our patients, family and friends wrote for us at the event. That day will always be a great one for AHN!
The Branch Moms Community was founded in 2009 as Naperville Moms Network by Kelli Thompson, one of our AHN Team members. In 2001, Dr. Cathy took the community over when Kelli and her family were transferred out of state. In 2019, the group was rebranded as The Branch and currently hosts a website, 15 Facebook groups, mom events, networking luncheons, a blog and more! The Branch’s mission is to be the best place for local moms to connect, make new friends and find resources. Membership is always free due to our incredible business partners! With The Branch, you are always invited and never alone in this journey of motherhood! You can find all The Branch offers at www.thebranchmoms.com.
