Are you looking to complete a triathlon this season?  Do you want to be a part of a team that can motivate you and cheer you on to the finish line?
Come join AHN’s Triathlon Club.  Cathy Subber and Allison will be competing in Naperville’s Sprint Triathlon on Sunday, August 4th.  We are looking for people to sign up and be a part of our team!  Allison is a Certified Personal Trainer and has been a triathlete for over 5 years. She qualified for the USAT National Olympic Triathlon in Milwaukee, WI this summer!  Dr. Cathy just does it for a little bit of fun!

Join the AHN Running Club

Are you looking to compete in your first 5k, want to get back into running or join our Triathlon teams ?  Then this is the club for you! Advanced Health of Naperville‘s Running Club will get you motivated!
Every Tuesday at 6pm we will meet at AHN to go for a 5k walk/run. The Running Club will start on Tuesday, May 7th.   Strollers, kids, family & friends are welcome. This is FREE for anyone who wants to come.
If you feel you can’t run the whole time, don’t worry, you can go at your own pace! Come enjoy the sun, sweat and company of others who want to stay active!
